Simone Juan is scheduled for another preliminary hearing in municipal court on Friday as well.

Juan is facing several charges. He and three others are accused of kidnapping and raping two sisters at the Days Inn off Wooster Street on June 28. The Wood County Grand Jury also met Wednesday and it's possible Juan and the other suspects could be indicted.

Juan was the first suspect that was caught in this case. He has been held in the Wood County jail on a $50,000 bond since he was arrested last week.

Another suspect, David Contreras, is waiting extradition to Ohio after being arrested in Texas.

Bowling Green Police also charged Arnulfo Ramos (age unknown) and Juan Garcia Rios Adiel, 19, with rape and kidnapping on July 2 in connection with the same incident.

Complicating the investigation is that the men are not U.S. citizens and police say they all had fake ID cards and documentation. Police are asking the public to take a look at their pictures, as they are not 100 percent certain these are the men’s legal names.

Ramos and Adiel are still at large. There is a $10,000 reward for information on the fugitives. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of these fugitives is encouraged to contact the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4-WANTED or text keyword WANTED and the tip to TIP411 (847411). Tipsters may remain anonymous.
