TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - Toledo Police are seeking help in locating a driver of vehicle that fled from police and nearly hit an officer on Tuesday.
Police say the vehicle is a gray Dodge minivan with tinted windows and a partial Ohio plate "HKV."
The vehicle's driver is described as a heavyset black male with a short Afro-style haircut. He last was seen wearing a blue shirt.
The suspect reportedly fled from police in the Old South End, almost striking an officer.
