WTOL strives for accuracy in every story we produce. If an error is perceived, we are open to hearing about it and will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Concerns can be directed to Digital Content Manager Victoria Dugger at email@example.com. If an error is determined to have been made, an editor's note will appear on the top of the affected story with a brief explanation that does not repeat the error. We aim to correct errors in an expedient fashion. If erroneous information is published on our social media sites, we will correct it promptly by publishing a new status or post acknowledging the error. It is not our editorial policy to grant take-down requests. If a subject asserts that a story is inaccurate, we will investigate and, if necessary, publish a correction.
