TOLEDO, OH (WTOL) - The Toledo Zoo is adding a little excitement to your "Hump Day" starting this month.
The nationally ranked zoo has announced its "Wild Wednesday Nights."
What that will consist of is half price admission for everyone from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Zoo members will still be able to get in for free
There will be extended viewing hours and unique animal encounters.
"It's just another way to thank everyone and get them out here. It's been hot. It's been a great way for people to sort of in the later hours of the day have something great to do with the family and a lot of great events and no matter when your here you'll have a lot to see and do," said Michael Frushour, Curator of Mammals.
One thing you can count on staying the same though are parking rates; yes those will still apply.
The last "Wild Wednesday" will be next week, July 25.
