2 - Avocados
1/4 Cup sour cream with chives
1 - lime (juiced)


1. Cut the avocado in half with a sharp knife remove seed. (Parent to do)
2. Using a spoon remove the meat away from the skin from the avocado.

Place in a zip lock bag. (Child to do)

3. Mash the avocado with your hands
4. Add the sour cream and lime juice in the bag. Season with salt and pepper (Child to mash with hands)
5. Cut corner of the bag and squeeze into the serving dish.
