WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

A Westwood mom is under arrest after a heroin overdose left her unconscious as she cared for her 6-year-old son.

Nicole Stenger, 37, was found passed out on the bathroom floor of her apartment in the 3500 block of Werk Road about 4 p.m. Sunday.

First responders used Narcan twice to revive her.

Stenger admitted to overdosing on heroin, her arrest report states.

She is held at the Hamilton County jail on a charge of endangering children.

This isn't the first time she has been in legal trouble over drugs, records state.

She also was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments back on Oct. 12, court records show. She was found with a syringe used to inject heroin.

She reportedly OD'd inside a friend's car.

Stenger was also convicted of a drug charge, involving heroin, on April 27.
