Getting that workout plan together might seem overwhelming if you have never done this "sweating" thing! Start with three simple exercise. You might even start with one muscle group. What is a muscle group? Just your arms, or just your abs, or just your booty. Ask your trainer for some ideas. KISW - Keep It Simple, Warrior (no one is stupid in this competition!) Hopefully you have been doing some type of cardio or strength training for the past few days. Even walking the neighborhood for 30 minutes at a brisk pace is good! Get your body up and moving every day. Sore muscles are a good thing! - Kelly

Nutrition is a key to dropping those pounds. Go through the cupboards and fridge and get rid of the high fat, high carb and high sugar foods. Don't worry about the rest of the family whining. They don't need it either! Have you started your nutrition journal? Get it started today. - Kelly
