Fairfield Twp. man accused of abusing infant son

FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A Fairfield Twp. man was taken into custody after allegedly abusing his five-month-old son, according to Fairfield Township Police Department. 

A family member that was babysitting the baby noticed a few injuries. After taking the child to a medical evaluation, it was discovered he had multiple bone fractures that were in various states of healing. 

The baby's father, Matthew Lohmueller, 20, was booked Saturday on one count of endangering a child and another count of felonious assault.
