Marinated French Toast

1 - 16 ounce loaf French bread
8 eggs
3 cups Half & Half
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cut bread into 1-1/2 inch slices; place in a 9 x 13 pan. Whip eggs, cream, vanilla and cinnamon and pour over bread. Refridgerate overnight.

Fry in butter and oil.

Serve with any of the following: strawberries, sour cream, powdered sugar, canned pie cherries, maple syrup with fresh cooked cranberries, maple syrup with frozen blueberries, cinnamon sugar or brown sugar.
