Dry Friday to be followed by snowy Saturday, sunny Sunday

Tri-State residents will remain dry Friday afternoon with a mix of sun and clouds. The high temperature will reach 48.

The low overnight will fall to 28 degrees as another round of winter weather moves in.

Saturday is a First Alert Weather Day. Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the Tri-State from 2 a.m. Saturday until 2 a.m. Sunday.

Snow will begin falling by dawn and continue through Saturday afternoon and evening. Heavy snow is possible with 3-5 inches of accumulation.

Motorists are advised to plan for wet and sloppy travel conditions between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday.

The snow will taper late Saturday or early Sunday. Expect plenty of sunshine and high temperature in the low 40s Sunday.

For those of you wondering what happened to Spring, like all good Cincinnati weather, we won't have to wait long for a change. Daytime highs are expected to hit the 60s by the middle of next week.
