Mary Pietras' Healthy No-Bake Brownies

Mary Pietras' Healthy No-Bake Brownies 
•    1 cup raw almonds, soaked for 1 hour
•    3/4 cup dates, pitted
•    dash salt
•    1 tsp vanilla extract
•    1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
•    1/4 cup raw honey (use less if you want truly dark chocolate brownies)

Blend the almonds until they become small chunks. Add the remaining ingredients until the desired brownie consistency is formed. Pat down into small pan, refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
