LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Michigan State Police are investigating whether the remains of three children found in Montana could be linked to the 2010 disappearance of three Michigan brothers. Bones and teeth of three young children were found in September in a Missoula, Montana, shed. Tanner, Alexander and Andrew Skelton were 5, 7 and 9 when they vanished from Morenci, Michigan, in November 2010. State Police Detective Lt. Jeremy Brewer says the agency has requested more information from Montana police.

CLEVELAND (AP) - A Cleveland man charged in the fatal shooting of a Salvation Army worker and subsequent crimes has pleaded not guilty. William Jones entered the plea Thursday in a Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH'-guh) County court. Jones was indicted this week on charges including aggravated murder. Authorities say he's charged in the Dec. 2 slaying of Salvation Army worker Jared Fier-Plesec and subsequent carjackings, assaults and the shooting of a woman in the leg.

WASHINGTON (AP) - A U.S. representative from Ohio is complaining about the cleavage in Congress. Democratic Rep. Marcy Kaptur has told members of her caucus this week she saw a member with cleavage so deep "it was down to the floor" and revealing clothes worn by staffers and some members are an "invitation" for sexual harassment. Her remarks were reported by Politico after a private meeting Wednesday and were followed up with a statement in which she says "under no circumstances" is harassment a victim's fault.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Ohio's elections chief wants counties to modernize their voting machines before the 2020 presidential election, and he's urging the governor and state lawmakers to foot much of the bill. Republican Secretary of State Jon Husted tells The Associated Press he sent a letter to state legislative leaders Thursday seeking $118 million in state funds for the project. He says that would cover 100 percent of the "lowest estimated cost" for buying the least expensive optical scan equipment.
