Bond set for $2 million in arraignment for double-homicide in Toledo

Bond for Charles Walker was set at $2 million without a 10 percent after his arraignment Wednesday morning.

Walker is expected back in court on April 27 at 9 a.m.

Among the charges he faced today were  two counts of murder.

Police say he is responsible for the deaths of Devin Melman and Klib Papa who were gunned down at close range while sitting in a car at the corner of Dewey and Sylvania in Toledo, OH in August of last year.

He was found and arrested in Phoenix, AZ in March, 2016.
