1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
20 large basil leaves, fresh chopped
3 medium diced tomato
1 cup olive oil
1 large Boboli
1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients. Heat Boboli in the oven for 2 minutes at 400 degrees. Spoon mixture on bread. Sprinkle with cheese.

Suggested wine: a nice Chianti!
