Sheriff: Man wanted for sexual assault of 10-year-old in Frenchtown Twp.

FRENCHTOWN TOWNSHIP, MI (Toledo News Now) -

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help identifying a man they say sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in a Salvation Army bathroom.

The girl told sheriff's deputies that the man followed her into the bathroom, molested her and exposed his genitals to her inside the Frenchtown Township Salvation Army around 1 p.m. on April 8. She said the man then ran out of the bathroom.

The man is described as a middle-aged white male, standing approximately 5'10” tall with a medium build. He had a beard and/or dirty face and possibly a crooked nose. He was wearing a baseball cap and blue jeans that were dirty. He was wearing a short-cut jean coat and dark brown/black shoes.
