MONROE COUNTY, MI (Toledo News Now) - The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is looking for the man who robbed the All Styles Salon in Frenchtown Township on March 26.

The sheriff says the man entered the business at closing time, just before 7 p.m., and ordered an employee to open the cash register. The sheriff's office says he told the employee to keep looking down as he reached into the register and took the money.

While no weapon was seen, the sheriff says the suspect ordered the employee and a customer that was there into the back room of the salon and to lie down. He then exited through the back door and ran south, according to the sheriff.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'11”-6'1” tall with skinny build and light-colored eyes. He had blond or light brown mustache and facial hair. The suspect was wearing a dark-colored baseball cap, black jacket, black pants, and black gloves.

Anyone with information that could help the sheriff's office in their investigation should call Detective Jeff Smith at 734-240-7530.
