Tiffin Police searching for missing 14-year-old

TIFFIN, OH (Toledo News Now) - Tiffin Police are asking for your help in finding a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday morning.

Madalyn Hiser has now been unaccounted for for over 96 hours, and police say they have nearly exhausted all leads.

Madalyn was last accounted for in her family's home on Sunday night.

She was then reported missing around 6 am Monday morning.

Tiffin police are under the impression that she left her home on her own will.

But, because they have such little evidence to work with, they are looking in to every possible reason as to why she is missing.

Tiffin detectives have been combing through social media posts as well as interviewing friends and family members.

Madalyn's ears are pierced and she has a scar on her left arm near her elbow.

When Madalyn was last seen, the tips of her hair were dyed blue.

Today, Madalyn's picture was uploaded on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children website.

If you have any information on this case, you are urged to call the Tiffin Police Department at 419-447-2323.
