TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - Remembering D. Michael Collins
Toledo Mayor D. Michael Collins gave his first State of the City Address in December where he spoke for just over an hour at the downtown Library branch.
Mayor Collins took a look back on the year and the challenges Toledo faced. "We have overcome more obstacles in a single year than I would guess any administration has ever faced," said Collins.
