Crab & Cheese Stuffed Shrimp- Rohr Fish
4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
4 ounces Mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 lb. Blue Crab Claw Meat
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onions
1 tsp. Horseradish
1 Tbsp. Clam juice
3 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 ounces Chopped Almonds
24 Large Fresh Shrimp, peeled, tail-on, butterfly cut
In a large bowl combine cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, crab meat, onions, horseradish, tabasco and garlic to taste, clam juice and bacon. Mix well.
Spoon mixture onto shrimp. Sprinkle with remaining half of mozzarella cheese, paprika, remaining half of mozzarella cheese, paprika, remaining bacon and almonds. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
