Findlay High School lifts lockdown after man with pellet gun taken into custody

FINDLAY, OH (Toledo News Now) - Findlay High School went on a Level 2 Lockdown Friday morning out of concern after an off-campus potential security threat was reported.

According to Findlay Police, a neighbor called to report a young man – not on school grounds – shooting a pellet gun into the air. In response, the high school was placed on lockdown until police took the man into custody.

Police say the man was taken into custody without incident and there are currently no charges filed.
