Cleveland Browns Pro Bowl tight end Jordan Cameron missed practice Monday. Coach Mike Pettine said that Cameron is "dealing with an issue". Pettine was not thorough on whether that issue was medical or not.
Cameron suffered a sprained AC joint in his shoulder at the Family Day scrimmage at the University of Akron on Aug. 2. He sat out the first preseason game against the Lions, but returned to the Aug. 18 Monday night game against Washington.
With the Josh Gordon suspension looming, they can't afford to lose their next best offensive weapon for any period of time.
Pettine said he anticipated Cameron would be back at practice Tuesday.
