A representative of Tank's Meats issued the following statement:

"Tank's Meats has served the Toledo community since 1907.  As a wholesaler of meats, Tank's is subject to certain rules regarding the labeling of our products.  The Division of Meat Inspection of the Ohio Department of Agriculture recently conducted an inspection of Tank's Meats.  During its inspection, it determined we had not developed an approved label for three of our products and closed our facility due its findings.  The management of Tank's Meats is cooperating with the Ohio Department of Agriculture so that this situation may be rectified as soon as possible.  We look forward to taking orders from our customers in the very near future and appreciate their patience during the inspection process."
