ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Video of a staged fight that shows a man dressed as a woman shoving a 17 month old to the ground with his foot. It was posted on Facebook and has created controversy.

Brown and Kasheika made their first appearance before a judge this morning. Police say Brown is a comedian and dressed in women's clothing to stage the fight with Thomas.

Brown has put several staged fighting videos on Facebook, but Police say by shoving the one-year-old baby to the ground with his foot, the comedian went too far.

"We do take it very seriously," said Officer Jon Segroves of APD. "We've gotten calls from out of state and many locations in reference to the severity of this and the people that don't see any comic humor in it."
