CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

Day two of the bench trial for a Bedford Heights Municipal Court judge contained graphic testimony at times.

Judge Harry Jacob III is accused of soliciting sex from prostitutes and faces 19 criminal charges. He denies it.

Testimony from witnesses called by the prosecution was heard in Judge Brian Corrigan's courtroom. On Thursday, two women, who say Jacob paid them for sex, took the stand.

"She started massaging him, and then she had sex with him, and then I did," said one of the women.

A woman and a friend she met at the now closed Studio 54 massage parlor says that friend introduced her to Jacob after she left the job. She says they both met with the judge at her home for the first time she ever sold herself, for $300.

She says a past heroin addiction was her reason to seek quick money. After she had a falling out with her friend, she says she met the judge alone for sex. She says he friended her on Facebook and bought her sexy lingerie several times.

At some point, she says she had an outstanding unpaid ticket and Jacob told her to go to Bedford Heights Municipal Court. According to the woman, they met in a hallway, he took her plea, and fined her, but they never went into the courtroom.

Prosecutors contend it was a favor.

Defense attorneys hammered at inconsistencies in the woman's story, from its start, to the grand jury, to the present.

The case is expected to take at least a few more days. Until the case is decided, visiting judges are handling cases in Bedford Municipal Court.

Jacob's co-defendant, former Bedford Law Director and Prosecutor Kenneth Schuman, pled guilty last month to a public corruption offense. He will be sentenced Sept. 3.
