Insalata Tucci

Insalata Tucci- Greg Rufty/Gianno's

6 Granny Smith apples
1/2 C. chopped red onion
1 C. dried cherries
1/2 C. chopped fresh fennel
1 C. chopped walnuts
2-3 ounces Raspberry vinaigrette

Core apples and cut into wedges.  Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.  Place in serving bowl.  Serve chilled.  Yield 4-6 servings.
