Restaurant Ratings Report: Employees must wash hands

Ming Moon in Oregon tops the list of violations in this week's Restaurant Ratings Report.  They had 13 violations.

Health inspectors found an unapproved pesticide being used in the restaurant, plus raw chicken and eggs being stored above ready to eat foods.  The restaurant was also busted with dirty pans and cooking equipment and food was found stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler.

Their coffee may have given you a boost in the morning, but the Health Department brought down Tim Horton's in Sylvania with ten violations.

A manager says they didn't wash produce, plus employees were seen not washing their hands and food was not properly protected from contamination.

Adam's Pizza and Wings on North Holland-Sylvania in Toledo was handed eight violations.  Food stored on t the floor of the walk-in coolers, multiple areas and equipment with dirt buildup and food stored at improper temperatures were all among the list.

Finally, Max and Erma's on West Central in Toledo received seven violations for things like buildup in the ice machine, foods held at the wrong temperature and single-use containers being used to scoop flour.

Two restaurants get gold stars this week: Marco's Pizza in Sylvania and Downtown Latte in Toledo had no violations.
