(Toledo News Now) - This week the LPGA stars are in town! The Marathon Classic began on Thursday.
Over the years this tournament has generated millions of dollars for local charities. In addition, it provides northwest Ohio an annual opportunity to entertain thousands of visitors.
These kinds of moments don't come often in a town our size, so we need to make the most of it. I hope you recognize that you have a role in shaping what these visitors perceive and end up thinking about our region. So make an extra special effort to be gracious and friendly and courteous.
