Rossford marine missing, may suffer from PTSD

ROSSFORD, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Rossford Police is asking for help looking for a man they say has been missing since July 10.

Police say Anthony Borja was reported missing by his girlfriend after she received a note from him that said, "I'm sorry." Now, police say Borja has cleared out his desk at his job in Northwood, and they're concerned for his safety.

The 31-year-old was last seen wearing brown work boots, blue jeans and a black T-shirt that said "Got Ammo" on the front. He has two tattoos: one on his upper left arm and one on his chest.

Borja is a former marine, and police say you could be suffering from PTSD.

"It becomes more of a safety concern," said Rossford Police Chief Glenn Goss. "I think that if we could locate him, or at least know that he's OK, our end as a law enforcement agency would be over. And then it would be up to the family to maybe communicate with him if they could, or if he wants to."

Chief Goss says they believe Borja has ties to north Toledo. They're hoping someone will let them know he's alright.
