BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Bowling Green Police are looking for a woman they say may have tried to abduct a juvenile female Monday.

Police say the attempted abduction occurred around 4 p.m. Monday on South Church Street near Wooster.

According to police, a heavy-set woman with a short, buzzed haircut was sitting in the passenger seat of an older, gray four-door sedan, possibly an Oldsmobile. The suspect, possibly in her mid-30s, motioned for the victim to get in the car and said, "Come, get in," while opening the passenger-side front door.

The victim, whose age has not been released, immediately went to the Bowling Green Police Division and was unharmed.

Anyone with information on this should call BG Police at 419-352-1131.
