(RNN) - If you’ve ever dreamed of a quaint Italian village to call your own, grab your checkbook and get ready to bid.
The town of Borgata Calsazio, 50 miles from Turin, Italy, is up for auction on eBay.
The asking price - 245,000 euros or approximately $333,000 in American dollars.
The eBay listing calls it “a strategic location to live, start a business or a tourist restaurant.”
The village includes 14 homes and comes as-is, so refunds are not offered.
If you’re interested, get your bid in by July 15.
