Final preparations arebeing made for tonight's fireworks show – Red, White, KABOOM! – in downtownToledo.

Organizers are expectingabout 100,000 people downtown for the show, and they say the biggest rush isaround 8 p.m. The fireworks start at dusk.

There are a few thingsspectators can bring with them when they head downtown for the fireworks, including blankets and chairs. Organizers do ask, however, that no one bringfood or drinks, including alcohol.

"We're going to allowblankets and folding chairs," said event director Mike Mori. "The grass is alittle bit thin up in the top area of the park, so you may want to bring ablanket or one of those chairs in a bag."

There will be food anddrinks served in Promenade Park, and live music leading up to the show.
