TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The former owner of seven IHOP restaurants in two states is pleading guilty to charges in federal court.

Tarek Elkafrawi was in federal court Thursday morning pleading guilty to all 53 counts of a federal indictment.

The charges against the Wood County man range from money laundering to mail fraud to harboring illegal aliens.
