Cleveland (WOIO) - ESPN Draft guru Mel Kiper has released his latest Mock Draft, and has the Browns taking Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel with the fourth overall pick.
Kiper has the Browns then drafting Virginia Tech cornerback Kyle Fuller with the 26th pick in Round One, and nine picks later, taking Fresno State wide receiver Davante Adams early in Round Two.
Derek Carr, the man who threw to Adams at Fresno State, has climbed the charts in Kiper's view, landing 20th overall with the Arizona Cardinals, while Louiville's Teddy Bridgewater falls all the way to the first pick of the second round, and the Houston Texans.
Kiper predicts the Minnesota Vikings will take Central Florida quarterback Blake Bortles with the 8th overall pick.
