(WMC-TV) - There was a party inside this year's St. Jude Dream Home on Tuesday, celebrating the hard work put into the home so far.

The party was about more than just the $500,000 home. It was about what the home represents: the lives that will be saved because of your help.

In 10 days, builders will put the finishing touches on the Eads, Tenn. house.

"Four Bedrooms, game room, study, dining room, playroom. It's an unbelievable house," said Greg Bridgers, Southern Serenity Homes.

As nice as it is, it will only cost you $100, because it is this year's St. Jude Dream Home. Raffle tickets are one sale right now, but Monday was all about the builders. Together, they signed the floor in the living room.

"We all sign the floor and give our well wishes to St. Jude ... Just kind of, so to speak, bless the house," Bridgers said.

This is the seventh dream home Greg Bridgers helped build. He says he does it to help St. Jude, so that the hospital can continue to help families in need.

"St. Jude is filled with love. People that go there become part of the St. Jude family. It's not gloom and doom; it's smiles and laughter. It's just a one-of-a-kind hospital," said Bridgers.

So, even if you do not win the house, you will make a difference in the lives of children with cancer.
