Elderly woman robbed, pushed to ground in Sharonville

SHARONVILLE, OH (FOX19) -

Sharonville Police are searching for a suspect after an 88-year-old woman was robbed and pushed to the ground.

Officers were called to the 12100 block of Midpines Drive around 2:45 p.m. Friday.

Police arriving on the scene found an 88-year-old victim who had been pushed to the ground by an assailant. Authorities say the woman's purse was stolen in the offense.

Officers have described the suspect as a white male, approximately 5-feet-10-inches tall with dark hair. The suspect was wearing a white shirt at the time of the offense.

Police say he was last seen running towards the area of Midpines and Cottingham Drive.
