Latest Hollywood dirt: Miley's lack of costume shocks fans, Bieber gets heated during deposition

(FOX19) -

Here is the latest Hollywood news you need to start your day:

When Miley Cyrus appears on stage in her underwear it's usually on purpose but not this time.

Cyrus posted a photo after her show in Milwaukee stating that she missed her costume change but didn't' want to miss the next song.

Justin Bieber recently sat down for a deposition related to a lawsuit filed by a member of the paparazzi and it was colorful to say the least.

Bieber got particularly heated when lawyers asked him about his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. When lawyers asked about his relationship with Gomez he replied, "Don't ask me about her again."

The photographer who filed the lawsuit claims he was roughed up after Bieber ordered his bodyguard to forcibly take his camera's memory card.

In other news, it's only March but country sweetheart Taylor Swift has already raked in more than $39 million this year! That's according to Billboard's Top 40 List of Moneymakers in 2013.

Billboard says Swift's sales for her 2012 album "Red" were successful but her tour is what brought in the big bucks.

Fellow country star Kenny Chesney follows Swift on the list with more than $32 million. Third on the list is Justin Timberlake with more than $31 million.
