TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) - The man charged with multiple counts of aggravated murder and aggravated arson in the deaths of two Toledo firefighters has entered a plea of not guilty.
Approximately 15 firefighters were in attendance in the courtroom Tuesday morning as Ray Abou-Arab entered his plea. Family members of Abou-Arab were also there.
Abou-Arab could face the death penalty if convicted on the aggravated murder charges. A pre-trial hearing has been set for Thursday, March 20.
