TOLEDO, OH (Press Release) - Bob Evans Restaurants in Toledo and surrounding locations will be holding a fundraiser for Private Stephen Machcinski and Private James Dickman, who were killed in the line of duty. The fundraiser will be at all Bob Evans in Toledo, Maumee, Holland, Perrysburg, and Oregon Ohio locations on Thursday, February 20 and Friday, February 21, 2014 from open to close.

Bob Evans will donate 15 percent of guests' checks dining in or ordering carryout to the fundraiser for the firefighters' families. Bring a copy of the flyer for the firefighters or simply mention it to the cashier and your check will be part of the donation.

Private Stephen Machcinski and Private James Dickman lost their lives in the line of duty on January 26, 2014. The firefighters were responding to an apartment fire and died from injuries suffered while looking through the building for victims.

"At Bob Evans we love to help out members of our community when they are in need," said Bob Evans Market Coach Kevin Andrachek. "Those firefighters dedicated their life to this community and we want to show their families how much we truly appreciate it."
