TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Toledo Police say they have arrested two men responsible for a dozen robberies in the west Toledo area since the beginning of the year.

Dustin Kaczala and Aaron Jump were arrested Tuesday after police say they robbed the Rudy's on Monroe Street. Kaczala was charged with one count of aggravated robbery, Jump faces two counts of the same charge.

Police say they analyzed patterns of the robberies and had extra patrols in the area at the time.

"We devoted quite a bit of recourses out to that west Toledo area trying to catch them, and we weren't having the most luck over the last week or two and then all the sudden things went our way," said Sgt. Joe Heffernan.

Police say they pulled the two men over just after the Rudy's restaurant was robbed. Rudy's employees say they are glad to see those responsible have been arrested.

"It's a terrible feeling to know that you've been violated by somebody that has walked into your place of business when you're trying to make a living," said manager Paula Dionyssiou.

Police say more charges could soon be filed against the pair.
