2 suspects lead police on chase through multiple neighborhoods

SPRINGFIELD TWP, OH (FOX19) -

Two individuals were arrested after they led police on a chase through Sringdale, Forest Park and Springfield Township.

The incident began around 2:15 p.m. on Thursday afternoon as officers attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation.

The suspect vehicle fled police across multiple neighborhoods, crashing into a vehicle on Mill Road. An ambulance was called to the accident scene.

The suspect vehicle continued to flee police after the accident.

Officers were able to catch up with the suspect vehicle near the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and Springdale Road. It is unsure how the vehicle was stopped.

Two suspects were arrested by police at the scene. The names of those involved is unknown at this time.
