Third person arrested in connection to convenience store robbery

HENDERSON, KY (WFIE) - Henderson police say they have arrested a third person in connection to a convenience store robbery Wednesday morning.

Police arrested 24-year-old Isaiah Tyler of Henderson in connection to the robbery of the EZ Shop just before 5:00 a.m. on Highway 41 and Clay St.

Two others, 28-year-old Jeremy Raggs and 33-year-old Monica Green, were arrested Wednesday afternoon and are both charged with robbery.

Tyler is also charged with first degree robbery.

Police say the three walked into the gas station with axes and knives and demanded money from the clerk.

An undetermined amount of cash was taken and no one was in injured.

Police say Green is a former employee of the gas station and provided inside details of the store. Police also found the clerk's store keys in Raggs' car.
