(Toledo News Now) -

The Daily Mail is now reporting that after the suicide of a 14-year-old UK girl, the girl's mom is now asking that ask.fm be shut down.

The young girl, Izzy Dix was apparently the victim of harsh internet bullying, especially on ask.fm's site. She took her own life in September.

Her mom has now started an online petition to close ask.fm and has already gathered more than 11,000 signatures.

You can read more about Izzy's story and her mom's fight to shut down ask.fm here.

We've already started the conversation on our anti-bullying Facebook page - and we want to hear from you.

Go here, post a comment, tell us about your experience with ask.fm or cyberbullying in general.
