Eastern High School athletic director resigns; accused of receiving ACT test

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Eastern High School's athletic director has resigned while under investigation for allegedly receiving an ACT test.

Anthony Howard was being investigated by the ACT testing group when he stepped down from his job this week, according to Jefferson County Public Schools spokesperson Ben Jackey.

It was not immediately clear whether the test was a current or past test, and Jackey could not confirm whether Howard has a child who attends a Jefferson County school.

A spokesperson for ACT said Eastern High School is not a test site. He could not confirm or deny any investigation details.
