(WMC-TV) - The investigation continues into the several businesses that were raided by multiple federal agencies Thursday. The businesses included day care centers, a car wash, and even a restaurant.

Officials involved are staying tight-lipped about the investigation.

Save More on South Third Street reopened following the raid Thursday, while the Kare Enrichment Center day cares remain closed.

Kimberly Chism, whose home was raided and who is part of the Chism family that owns the businesses raided by state and federal agents on Thursday, appeared in court Friday morning on a disorderly conduct charge.

According to an affidavit of complaint, Chism yelled and screamed at agents and disregarded their initial commands for her to leave when they served a search warrant. She is out on bond.

In general sessions court, the judge agreed to re-set the disorderly conduct charge until January 15th. After court, Chism's attorney told Action News 5 it's still too early in the investigation for them to know what the federal government is searching for.

No arrests have been made in the federal investigation at this point. Warrants served in the raids are sealed.

At this point, agents are still sorting through paperwork, documents, hard drives, and a mountain of potential evidence, in search of any criminal wrongdoing.

On the disorderly conduct charge, Chism is due back in court January 15.

After double overtime, the Toledo Walleye came out on top and beat the Indy 3-2 Thursday night for a sweep in the series. Even though the fish had a 3-0 lead in the first round playoff series, the toughest thing to do in hockey is to beat a desperate team on their home ice.  Halfway through a second overtime Kyle Bonis sets up Christian Hillbrich to score the game winning goal.  The Walleye now advances to the second round. They will play the winner of the Fort Wayne and ...
