Harlem Globetrotter to visit local school

Harlem Globetrotter Dizzy Grant will visit St. Jude School this afternoon for an anti-bullying presentation.

"The ABCs of Bullying Prevention" is a program coordinated by the Globetrotters and the National Campaign to Stop Violence. The program's message focuses on Action, Bravery, and Compassion in bullying and violence prevention. It is targeted to 6-12 year olds and encourages participation from the kids through the Globetrotter's ball handling skills and humor.

Grant, known on the Globetrotters for his signature four-point shot, will be presenting at 12:30. Students will receive certificates for participating in the program.
