Restaurants offering Veterans Day deals

Many local restaurants are saying thank you on this Veterans Day to our brave men and women by offering discounts or free meals.

Denny's is offering free, all-you-can-eat pancakes from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. at participating restaurants.

At T.G.I. Friday's, get a free lunch from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Fallen Timbers' Granite City Food and Brewery is offering a free lunch from a select menu.

At Texas Roadhouse, get a free meal, including sides and a beverage, from the lunch menu.

At Friendly's, get a free Big Two Do Breakfast and coffee.

Bar Louie in Perrysburg is offering a free meal up to a $12 value.

At Hooters, enjoy a free meal up to $10.99 in value with any drink purchase.

At Golden Corral, vets get a free dinner buffet and beverage from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. 

To say thanks, Bob Evans is offering free all-you-can-eat hotcakes.

Applebee's is also offering a free meal from several featured dishes.

Red Robin is offering a free Tavern Double Burger and Bottomless Steak Fries.

At Little Caesars, receive a free order of Crazy Bread at participating stores.

Chili's on Talmadge Road is offering veterans free items from a select menu. Patrons can also mention a Veterans Day fundraiser to have 10% of their bill donated to the Wounded Warrior project.

At Longhorn Steakhouse, receive a free Texas Tonion appetizer and beverage.

At Olive Garden, receive a free meal from a special menu. Plus, active duty and their families get 10% off in honor of Military Appreciation Month.

Starbucks is offering a free tall coffee to veterans at select locations, including the one on Fremont Pike in Perrysburg.

From Nov. 11 to Nov. 14, get a complimentary appetizer at Red Lobster.

Outback Steakhouse is giving away a free Bloomin' Onion and beverage. Active duty and veteran members also get 10% off all meals from Nov. 12 to Dec. 31.

Remember to bring a military ID or proof of service when taking advantage of these deals.

    The Hillsdale County Sheriff's Office needs your help searching for a missing and endangered toddler. Deputies say Neytiri Raeyn Mulligan was last seen just before 7 p.m. Tuesday night with her dad John Mulligan. Neytiri was wearing a pull up and pink t-shirt with a heart and the word "love" on it.  John and Neytiri were seen traveling in a maroon older Pontiac or Saturn Sedan with an unknown license plate.     Toledo police are investigating a central Toledo shooting that resulted in a man and woman being taken to a local hospital.  Police were called to 2108 Elliot Avenue near Bancroft Street and Central Avenue Tuesday night around 9:30 p.m. Both victims' injuries are unknown.
