Suspect on the run after attempted robbery in Central Toledo

Toledo Police say a suspect is on the run and a person may have been shot in the arm after an attempted robbery at Baron Steel Ave. and Palmwood Ave in Central Toledo.

Police say multiple officers are on the scene to search for the suspect after he ran away.  The shooting victim's injury is non-life threatening.
 
The suspect is believed to be involved in a standoff at a home on Montrose Avenue in central Toledo. Click here to read the latest on the standoff.
