Ex-boyfriend of baby Elaina's mother due in court Tuesday

The ex-boyfriend of baby Elaina's mother is due in court Tuesday, where his pre-trial is set to begin.

Steven King has been charged with obstruction of justice related to Elaina's case.  King's trial has repeatedly been delayed, as attorney's on both side say they need more time to process evidence.

No charges have yet been filed in Elaina's death.
