The thing to do this weekend: Halloween Edition

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Fools and ghouls, this is your thing to do. Halloween Edition.

A great way to kick off Halloween 2013 - The Malice Ball: OTR Brewers Masquerade on Saturday. The Christian Moerlein Brewery will essentially transform into a spooky, frightful, chilling, awesome event with DJ Matt Joy, a popup performance by Pones Inc., some grooving on the dance floor, a photo booth (who doesn't love a good photo booth?), costume makeup, handmade masks and bars staffed by lovely Japp's and Bakersfield bartenders. Proceeds benefit the Over-the-Rhine Chamber's Business First Grant Program.

Catch The Rocky Horror Picture Show Saturday for a special Halloween version at Esquire Theatre. The Denton Affair cast will put on a live performance of the cult classic. Attendees are encouraged to dress up, bring flashlights, noisemakers and bells. Ages 17 and up.

American Legacy Tours never disappoints. In fact, pick a city and there's probably a haunted tour. They have Queen City is Haunted Tours, Newport is Haunted Tour, Haunted Covington.

Oh, and don't forget the Ride the Ducks Haunted Tours at Newport on the Levee. Who knew there were so many ghosts along the Ohio River? Scary!!!

In other non-Halloween news, RISE OF THE COOL KIDS is strutting its trendy self across Washington Park on Friday. It's a digitally-projected fashion show with beats and street style. Check out Cincinnati's best fashion retailers, style bloggers and probably several Instagram stars. 5-11 p.m. More - http://washingtonpark.org/event/rise-of-the-cool-kids/

Speaking of trendy people on stage, Twenty One Pilots is at Bogarts Friday and Saturday night. Tickets sold out for both shows, but at last check Stub Hub had some extras. P.S. they're from Columbus!

Since it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, might as well Dance for the Cure Saturday at Horseshoe Casino. The evening includes raffles, silent auctions, dancing and live music by the Cincy Rockers. Hosted by the Ritz Ballroom Dance Studio, all proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
