Police: Group of teens mug man in UC garage

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A man managed to hold on to all of his belongings after he was mugged by a group of teenagers on The University of Cincinnati's medical campus.

Officers were called to the Eden Garage on the University's campus around 7:50 p.m. on Saturday evening.

Authorities say the victim, an employee at Children's Hospital, was approached by a group of five or six teenagers. Officers say that the teens demanded the victim to give them his bag.

After the victim refused, police say the teens attacked the man and pushed him to the ground. Officers say the teens kicked the man repeatedly and fled the scene.

The victim managed to hold on to his bag throughout the incident.

Police say the man was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
